How to order on our e-shop ?

To order on our e-shop :

1. Select your article(s) on the website and add them to your bag

2. Confirm your cart

3. Login to your account

4. Fill in your delivery and billing address

5. Chose your delivery option

6. Chose your payment option and fill in your bank details

How to modify the delivery or billing address ?

After login to your account, you can change all the information concerning you. A user can have various delivery and billing addresses. The user can manage his/her addesses from My account / My addresses, or when he/her orders.

How to modify or cancel an order ?

To guaranty the best delivery delays, we prepare and send your order in the hours following your order confirmation. Thus, it is unfortunately impossible to modify your order after its confirmation.

The product that I want is no longer available on the e-shop ?

During the launch of our collections, products may be quickly sold out. Stocks are regularly updated depending on the production.

In case of stock shortage, you can find all our products in a network of partners in France and in Europe.*

What are the delivery costs ?

Delivery costs are ajusted and calculated depending on the weight and the volume of your package. Delivery costs are visible just before the order confirmation.

What to do if the product is not compliant after delivery ?
